Lead Sales Associate
About The Position
Under the direction of the Retail Manager, the Lead Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in accordance with Naskila’s brand promise. The primary responsibility of the Lead Sales Associate is cashiering while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. This position requires the Team Member to be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work effectively & safely in a fast-paced environment while maintaining 100% total customer focus and attention to detail at the (ITC) Ischoopa Travel Center. In the absence of a Supervisor or Manager, this position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of shift management and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or a combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in handling cash and using a POS in the retail industry.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to compute basic math.
Nice To Haves
- Currently employed at One Stop Ischoopa or Naskila Casino.
- One (1) year in a leadership role.
