We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic talent with experience in the health and wellness industry for a sales associate position. If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they will learn and test our modalities and operations. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness. As a Lead Sales Associate you will be in charge of introducing first time clients to Stretch Zone methodologies and selling them a membership tailored to their needs . You will also be responsible for the club hitting its monthly sales targets. Who are we? Requirements

At least 2 years of sales experience.
General understanding of human Anatomy.
Basic Muscles.
Driven to grow and out preform previous month goals
Leadership skills / management background
Ability to achieve and surpass sales goals.

Nice To Haves

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a program suitable and tailored for them.
Is able to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals.
Supports the work of the store Regional Manage (RM) and follows RM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective marketing techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
