The Lead Sales Associate will provide superior customer service and support the General Manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure optimal store performance.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, or currently attending High School
  • A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • 6 months or 1 year of customer service experience
  • Ability to achieve placement in the succession program
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computers
  • Ability to complete required training within two months of hire
  • The ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with their pool and spa care needs
  • Accurately and timely complete sales transactions using the POS system
  • Maintain a welcoming store environment
  • Assist with merchandising and inventory control
  • Perform open and closing duties, including bank deposits
