Requirements

• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Six months of related sales and customer service experience
• Computer and cashiering skills preferred
• Ability to resolve routine customer problems and negotiate effective solutions
• Flexible to work various shifts including mornings, evenings and Saturdays
• Ability to hear, understand, and respond to customers and associates
• Ability to locate and identify product for customers
• Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 20 lbs
• Excellent team skills

Responsibilities

• Exhibit world-class sales and customer service skills
• Coach other store associates and act as floor director as assigned
• Assist in maintaining consistent operating procedures and standards and in training other associates in all job related functions
• Perform store opening and closing procedures including: counting terminal funds, completing bank deposits, opening/closing registers and securing sore facility in line with current operational policies
• Assist customers by operating cash registers, locating products, taking orders, gift-wrapping, etc.
• Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise shipments, and assisting with merchandise presentation
