About The Position
The Lead Sales Associate is responsible for the operation of the Retail Store in the absence of the Assistant Manager or Manager. This role involves selling merchandise offered by the Goodwill Store using effective display techniques and knowledge of the products. The Lead Sales Associate must be present at the work site when the Assistant Manager or Manager is not available, and they should not work simultaneously with another supervisor after training. The position requires providing instruction and advice to other associates, displaying merchandise correctly, assisting customers in making selections, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
