Experience, personality, and ambition will be the determining factors. JOB DESCRIPTION. We work hard but have fun! The Member Consultant assists in running all “front of house” fitness studio operations while creating a warm, fun environment. We are much more personalized and community-based than the big-box gyms. Ideal candidate has very outgoing personality, strong customer service skills and sales and/or marketing experience.

Requirements

Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills required.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced team environment.
Energetic and Positive/Upbeat attitude & personality!!!
Social, Outgoing and enjoy talking with people.
Have a desire and drive to do what it takes to succeed.
Love fitness and want to help change people's lives.
Ability to do 2 Orangetheory classes a week.
Must have worked in a quota bearing structure.
Functional computer skills required – Excel a plus.
Ability to work and function in an ORANGE TEAM environment (Orange is more than a just a color, it’s an attitude)
Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
High school diploma required.
Customer Service Skills: 2 years
Sales: 2 years
Graduated from High school or equivalent or higher

Nice To Haves

Availability to work 35 to 40 hours per week.
Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to grow in responsibility, leadership skills.
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas/succeeding in an inside/outside sales position.
Fitness industry experience.
Health & Fitness minded.
Experience with fitness membership sales.
Undergraduate degree.
