About The Position

Hiring immediately for a lead retail sales associate / customer service representative in the beauty industry. Drybar is a blow dry-only bar and our philosophy is simple. Focus on one thing and be the best at it. For us that’s blowouts. In fact, our tagline says it all: No cuts. No color. Just blowouts. We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Requirements

• 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
• Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
• Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• MindBody Software experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
• Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
• Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
• Results oriented, metrics driven
