As a Lead Sales Analyst supporting the Moen Commercial organization, you will play a critical role in shaping how revenue performance is understood, communicated, and acted upon. This role goes beyond reporting and focuses on translating complex sales data into clear insights and meaningful business stories that influence decisions and improve outcomes. In this highly collaborative role, you will guide advanced analysis across segments, channels, and regions while partnering closely with Sales leadership, Product, Channel, Finance, Operations, and IT teams. You will help define how success is measured, elevate forecasting and planning conversations, and ensure insights drive timely and thoughtful action across the commercial organization.
