About The Position

Job Summary: The Lead Route Driver will operate a service truck and drive to various routed locations to clean and service portable restrooms, holding tanks, and trailers. Supervisory Responsibilities: Train, assist, admin duties, report any and all workings to OM. Fill in for management when needed. Duties & Responsibilities: Performs pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, maintains truck logs according to state and federal regulations. Operates service truck on designated route to work sites based on routing information. Maintains contact with dispatch and supervisor and communicates frequently with customers and job superintendents. Services portable restrooms, holding tanks, sinks, trailers etc., located at work sites by following the Company’s route driver guidelines. Stocks paper products, hand sanitizer, soap, etc. in all units being serviced. Cleans interior and exterior of units and add deodorizer solution to portable restroom units. Follows all established safety rules & regulations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year commercial driving experience
  • Class A or B CDL license or; Combination of education and experience
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Must be able to stand and walk, sometimes long distances
  • Must be able to use and reach with hands and arms
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, and/or crawl
  • Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds

Responsibilities
