We set high standards for customer service, quality, and keeping costs under control. POSITION SUMMARY Directs the start of each day’s shift of EVS work. Makes sure that each EVS worker has the resources that they need to do their job. Continues to monitor EVS performance/staffing levels during shift each day to ensure a safe, and sanitary environment for all EAMC patients, visitors, and staff. Projects good customer service by emphasizing EAMC core values in all daily interactions with both external, and internal customers.
