About The Position

The Lead Role in Manufacturing is a pivotal position responsible for overseeing and optimizing production processes to ensure high-quality output and operational efficiency. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing software tools.
  • Certification such as PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar credentials.
  • Experience in a specific manufacturing sector relevant to the company’s products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Coordinate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues.
  • Manage and mentor manufacturing staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the manufacturing area.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance schedules and collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in budgeting and resource planning to optimize manufacturing costs.
