About The Position
Just-In Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the clinical oversight of our growing home care agency. This position is ideal for a nurse who enjoys both hands-on client interaction and building strong clinical systems that support caregivers and ensure high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the state
- Minimum 3 years nursing experience
- Strong leadership, training, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and caregivers
Nice To Haves
- Home care, hospice, or senior care leadership experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee client assessments and reassessments
- Develop and maintain individualized care plans
- Lead caregiver training and clinical competency programs
- Provide clinical oversight and guidance to caregiving staff
- Review and manage incident reports and clinical concerns
- Conduct chart audits and quality assurance reviews
- Ensure compliance with state home care regulations
- Assist leadership with clinical policies, procedures, and best practices
