Lead RN First Assistant - Full Time Day
About The Position
The Lead RN First Assistant at Providence Little Company of Mary Torrance in Torrance, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 12-hour, Day shifts. The Lead RNFA collaborates with the surgeon and the healthcare team in performing a safe operation with optimal outcomes for the patient. This individual renders direct patient care as part of the perioperative role assisting the surgeon in the surgical treatment of the patient. Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- California Registered Nurse License Upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association Upon hire
- 3 years of experience and expertise in perioperative nursing including scrubbing and circulating.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- National Certified Perioperative Nurse (CNOR)
- 1 year of Previous RNFA experience
