About The Position
The position involves conducting tests for lead-based paint and assessing housing hazards in homes throughout the City of Lancaster. The role includes developing Scopes of Work that will enhance housing and neighborhood safety in compliance with funding guidelines from State and Federal agencies. The individual will manage eligible projects through the bidding, contracting, construction, and clearance process for various lead remediation and housing improvement projects.
