About The Position

It is the responsibility of the Lead Revenue Audit Clerk to assist the Supervisor in maintaining goals set for the department and associates. The goals include; run or request reports as needed, review adjustments and refunds prior to the supervisor receiving as required, and perform supervisory tasks as needed. Responsible for the daily auditing of the department's work to ensure accounts are taken to the next level. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).

Requirements

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate a 10 key calculator by touch or sight.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement in an ever-changing industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate.
  • Ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel applications.
  • Minimum age requirement is 21.
  • This position requires a gaming license by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Revenue Audit Clerks
  • Assist supervisor and controller, as requested
  • Training New Employees
  • Reconcile Cash Turn Ins with the cage report
  • Prepare Daily Flash report
  • Prepare Food & Beverage Flash report
  • Review and input data from F&B audits into the Daily Operating Report
  • Audit different outlets as scheduled
  • Reconcile daily audit to system reports
  • Prepare and upload journal entries, review accounts, maintain and distribute reports for management
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.
