Empire Home Remodeling is a trusted leader in windows, doors, roofing, and siding throughout Southeastern Wisconsin. We're looking for an experienced Lead Renewal Specialist with a background in home improvement sales. This role focuses on reconnecting with previous homeowners and unclosed leads — helping them move forward with their remodeling projects.

Requirements

• Experience in home improvement follow-up or sales required
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable
• Knowledge of windows, doors, roofing, or siding preferred
• Proven ability to turn old leads into new business

Responsibilities

• Reconnect with previous customers and leads who showed prior interest
• Rebuild interest and schedule qualified in-home appointments
• Maintain detailed follow-up notes and progress tracking
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals
