About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for a Lead Retail Shop Attendant. The Lead Retail Shop Attendant is responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, generating sales, merchandising, and creating a warm and pleasant environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a solid work ethic and a passion for service. Candidates must be able to work day and evening shifts as well as weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • Prefer previous experience in luxury retail sales and operations, with a proven record of effective performance

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, communicating product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and monitoring floor stock
  • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or packing and wrapping merchandise
  • Ensure daily shipments are securely processed in a timely fashion
  • Aid customers in locating merchandise
  • Uphold maintenance and housekeeping standards along with day to day opening and closing cleaning procedures
