What’s expected of you: Showcase your tech skills by diagnosing and repairing all electronic devices, ensuring best in class quality in every fix. Be the face of customer service excellence, guiding your team to use product knowledge and sales tactics that embody our Serve, Solve, Sell™ philosophy in every interaction. Balance different front and back of house responsibilities Step into leadership as you supervise, train and coach our tech experts, standing in as store manager when needed, and driving team success with enthusiasm. Maintain high standards by overseeing service-level agreements for repair turnaround times and ensuring all work orders are addressed by the end of each day. Innovate and organize by managing inventory, overseeing buybacks and return authorizations, and ensuring safety standards are met with the proper use of PPE supplies. To be successful at uBreakiFix, you’ll bring: Previous experience in customer service or retail sales in a supervisory position – at least 1 year. Previous experience with product service support or technology repair with inventory management skills – at least 6 months. High school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required). A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for. Motivation to meet and exceed evolving key performance goals. Ability to quickly adapt in an ever-changing environment. Flexibility to work retail store hours including weekends and holidays. Requirements
