About The Position

Hiring immediately for a lead sales associate / customer service representative in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for fantastic sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients. This person will follow our proven sales process to sell the monthly Elements Wellness Program and build customer loyalty. The Lead WMA will be responsible for lead management, outreach, and conversion as well as client experience and retention. We are a high‑traffic massage and facial studio known for exceptional service, a relaxing atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about our clients. We’re looking for a lead sales associate who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being the welcoming face of the studio. Who We’re Looking For You’re a self‑starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you see what needs attention and take action. You learn quickly, communicate clearly, and carry yourself with professionalism. You’re comfortable chatting with clients in the lobby, keeping them informed, and making them feel at ease while they wait. This role is perfect for someone who wants to grow. We’re especially interested in candidates with natural leadership qualities who may be ready to step into a managerial role in the future. Requirements

  • Manages lead outreach and contacts perspective members
  • Works with Marketing Team on best demonstrated practices for lead conversion strategies
  • Customer service oriented with a focus on member retention
  • Results oriented, metrics driven
  • 1+ years of Sales experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be outgoing, positive, cheerful, engaging, energetic, and resourceful
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers
  • Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills
  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
