Under the direction of the Senior Manager of Volunteer Services, the Lead Gift Shop Sales Associate works collaboratively to develop and implement goals for the shop; participates in merchandising and serves as the "go to" person for sales staff and volunteers on the sales floor to assist with point-of-purchase cash registers or to answer questions as a resource person.
