Requirements

  • IICRC certifications required: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their time of need.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman or Master Water Restorer (MWR) designation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
  • Train and mentor new technicians on restoration techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
  • Conduct site assessments to develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
  • Oversee equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance during restoration efforts.
  • Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations on job sites.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of project timelines and expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
