Requirements

IICRC certifications required: WRT, ASD, AMRT, and FSRT.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in restoration or related field.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of training and developing team members.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others in their time of need.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman or Master Water Restorer (MWR) designation is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards.
Train and mentor new technicians on restoration techniques, safety protocols, and customer service excellence.
Conduct site assessments to develop restoration plans tailored to client needs.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters and clients to ensure seamless communication and project progress.
Oversee equipment operation and maintenance to ensure optimal performance during restoration efforts.
Implement safety measures and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations on job sites.
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records of project timelines and expenses.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
