ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing, LLC of Orlando, FL is looking to hire a full-time Lead Residential HVAC Installer - Installation Technician to join our team. This position earns a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year and has access to benefits after 90 days of employment. Requirements

Minimum of five (5) years of verifiable residential installation experience (commercial experience will be considered)
Ability to work "off-hours" and weekends as needed
Clean driving record
Proven track record in heating and cooling systems
The ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints, and other diagrams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
