Requirements

• Strong residential electrical installation experience
• Proven ability to lead or guide a team on job sites
• Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to quality

Responsibilities

• Lead residential electrical installation projects from start to finish
• Install wiring, panels, breakers, disconnects, and lighting systems
• Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards
• Train and mentor helpers/apprentices in the field
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges as needed
