About The Position

Lead Residential Advocate Location: Mora, MN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM (every other weekend required) Pay: $19.00 – $25.53 per hour (PLUS weekend, evening, and overnight shift differentials!) As a Lead Residential Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our residential advocate team. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Comfortable with computers and basic technology
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in residential treatment, social services, or healthcare preferred

Responsibilities

  • Mediate staff and client concerns in real time to ensure positive outcomes.
  • Provide direction and support to Residential Advocates during each shift.
  • Assist in training and mentoring both new and current team members.
  • Maintain adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling logistics.
  • Promote a safe, healthy, and recovery-focused environment.
  • Identify and report safety concerns or risks promptly.
