About The Position
Lead Residential Advocate Location: Mora, MN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 3:00PM - 11:00PM (every other weekend required) Pay: $19.00 – $25.53 per hour (PLUS weekend, evening, and overnight shift differentials!) As a Lead Residential Advocate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both our clients and our residential advocate team. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable with computers and basic technology
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented mindset
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in residential treatment, social services, or healthcare preferred
Responsibilities
- Mediate staff and client concerns in real time to ensure positive outcomes.
- Provide direction and support to Residential Advocates during each shift.
- Assist in training and mentoring both new and current team members.
- Maintain adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling logistics.
- Promote a safe, healthy, and recovery-focused environment.
- Identify and report safety concerns or risks promptly.
