Interfaith Community Services, North County's largest social services agency since 1979, empowers over 20,000 hungry, homeless, and low-income community members annually towards self-sufficiency. They provide basic needs, nutrition, social services, shelters, housing, employment development, senior services, veterans programs, and addiction recovery support. The organization partners with 250+ faith communities and over 1,700 volunteers, alongside a staff of over 275. The Lead Resident Behavioral Health Aide (RBHA) is responsible for providing basic behavioral and mental healthcare to patients discharged from various medical and residential settings, helping them achieve adaptive physical, psychological, and social functioning within the program. This role also involves supporting the day-to-day coordination of other Resident Behavioral Health Aides, assisting with training, and serving as a peer resource under the guidance of the Clinical Program Manager. The Lead RBHA works within an interdisciplinary team to ensure smooth operations and client care aligned with program goals.
