About The Position
Windstar Cruises, awarded World's Best Small Ship Cruise line, is seeking a Reservations Lead to manage the Vacation Planning team, which includes Sales agents, Service agents, Groups, and Master Agents. This full-time position allows for remote work in specific states. The Reservations Lead will work closely with the Guest Services Management team to ensure effective operations and high-quality service delivery.
