  • Experience: 8+ years of research experience in complex or enterprise software environments, including leading strategy and programs that span multiple teams or departments. Proven ability to deliver outcomes that scale beyond direct team.
  • Education: [choose one of]: [mixed methods] Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in a relevant qualitative or quantitative research field such as HCI, Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Factors, or Statistics preferred; proven ability to integrate across methods. [qualitative] Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in a relevant qualitative research field such as Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, HCI, Human Factors preferred, with demonstrated application to enterprise/complex environments. [quantitative] Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, Econometrics, Quantitative Psychology preferred, with proven expertise applying statistical and data science methods in business contexts.
  • Methods & Tools: [choose one of]: [mixed methods] Mastery of mixed methods research, with a track record of pioneering innovative approaches and frameworks through large‑scale generative + evaluative programs, longitudinal/ecosystem studies, predictive modeling, triangulation of qual/quant/telemetry data.
