The Lead Repair Technician provides technical support and performs hands-on repairs for consumers enrolled in the Wheelchair Loaner & Simple Repair Program. Responsible for overseeing other technicians, and leading the community provider training and development component of the program. This position ensures consistent repair practices, quality assurance, and staff skill enhancement across all service partners. The Lead Technician supports compliance with contractual standards and maintains high levels of consumer satisfaction through timely, accurate, and safe repairs.
