About The Position

The Lead Rep - Box Office position at Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana is responsible for overseeing operations related to live seating and the box office. This role focuses on enhancing guest relations, managing ticket sales, and ensuring smooth event operations while mentoring team members to provide superior customer service.

Requirements

  • High School diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of one (1) year of Box Office or live entertainment event experience required.
  • Ticketmaster Host, TM1 experience strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to create, manipulate, and update Excel spreadsheets.
  • Experience in guest relations is essential.

  • Multi-lingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Create an atmosphere that encourages guests to choose Hard Rock Casino Northern Indiana for gaming entertainment.
  • Assist the Box Office Supervisor in assigning staff for proper event configuration according to Ticketmaster sales.
  • Deliver assignments to staff for event days to ensure proper placement.
  • Log in supplies on event days and process internal and external ticket orders outside of box office hours.
  • Resolve customer service issues as necessary on event days and maintain accurate Box Office archives.
  • Communicate ticketing information accurately to internal and external contacts.
  • Assist with maintaining Box Office training and communication materials.
  • Ensure Box Office and LIVE equipment are operational and assist with walk-up sales and other forms of communication.
  • Maintain accountability of a $500 bank drawer and assist Box Office Representatives with balancing their banks.
  • Issue cash/comp concert tickets and VIP credentials, helping with inventory control of tickets.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned.
  • Assist the Box Office Supervisor with reconciliation of sales/deposits and prepare corresponding reports.
  • Coordinate ticket printing for Casino Marketing Player Development and promotional tickets.
  • Monitor and order supplies, and assist with general business administration needs.
