  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guests with rental vehicles as needed
  • Ensure rental desks are staffed during rental hours
  • Document any exceptions to policy
  • Document any damage to vehicles prior to and after the rental period
  • Create and process Rental Agreements according to set procedures.
  • Scheduling maintenance per manufacturer as indicated and as needed
  • Communicate with Nissan Manager the status of rental vehicles
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
