The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment. In this position you should have the following: Strategic leadership and enterprise coaching experience for the Agile Release Train (ART) and the broader organization. The ability to drive continuous improvement, shape program execution strategy, and mentor other RTEs and teams.

Requirements

  • 6 years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in in Agile and SAFe environments as well as experience in program management, project management or release management of large-scale software delivery preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Degree in computer science, information systems, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and evolve PI Planning and ART ceremonies for enterprise scaling.
  • Shape program execution strategy and drive systemic improvement.
  • Establish risk management frameworks and resolve complex dependencies.
  • Mentor RTEs and coach leaders on Agile and SAFe practices.
  • Drive organizational learning culture and lead improvement initiatives.
  • Advise leadership on metrics strategy and enterprise reporting.
  • Influence executive priorities and communicate vision across the organization.
  • Create collaboration frameworks and foster enterprise-wide alignment.
  • Lead change initiatives and guide organizational Agile transformation.
  • Embed innovation culture and influence tooling and automation strategy.
  • Directly influence organizational policy, lead cross-ART initiatives to drive enterprise-wide alignment, and provide executive-level reporting on Agile transformation and program outcomes
