LEAD RELATIONSHIP MANAGER, WEALTH MANAGEMENT OH: R147714 Manages a client base comprised of existing, high potential (Tier IV) high net worth (HNW) and ultra-high new worth (UHNW) clients. Has ultimate responsibility for the retention and growth of assigned client group, through a defined, structured, consistent service and sales model. Members of a floating team, comprised of product specialists, are assigned on a dotted-line basis to support the Lead Relationship Manager. The role of the team is to assist in creation and implementation of client relationship plans and touch point strategies at all stages. Provide advise-driven solutions that solidify current relationships, while exploring and capturing additional opportunities.
