About The Position
The Lead Registrar at Pupil Personnel Services is responsible for collaborating with the Management Information Systems (MIS), Attendance, and Enrollment departments to ensure that registrars have access to accurate and connected information. This role includes providing staff development for registrars and assisting in the planning and leading of enrollment registrar meetings. The Lead Registrar must stay informed about laws related to enrollment and withdrawal in Texas and design training sessions for registrars. The position also involves attending meetings with the Attendance group, conducting campus visits, and performing internal audits related to enrollment and withdrawal procedures.
