About The Position

The Lead Registered Nurse at Restore Hyper Wellness is responsible for overseeing and guiding all medical services within the studio, ensuring a high-quality, med-spa-like experience for clients. This role involves collaboration with the General Manager to run a successful medical business, focusing on customer experience, staff management, and operational excellence. The Lead Nurse will also be involved in training staff, maintaining compliance, and promoting wellness services.

Requirements

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Utah.
• Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar).
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certified.
• Sales-minded with experience in medical sales or customer service preferred.
• Leadership and management skills, preferably with experience managing other nurses.
• At least one year of experience administering IVs and injections.
• Comfortable using electronic medical records for documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to adhere to policies and procedures and maintain medical compliance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in medical sales or customer service.
• Experience managing other nurses.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall medical strategy for the Restore studio.
• Ensure the studio provides an exceptional med-spa experience from entry to exit.
• Oversee hiring, staffing, and scheduling of the medical team in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the medical room and nurses' office.
• Train new nurses and refresh training for existing staff as needed.
• Evaluate nursing staff to ensure high-quality skill levels and best practices.
• Disseminate policy updates and act as a liaison between corporate and studio teams.
• Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections.
• Educate clients on the benefits of IV Drips and Injection ingredients.
• Manage medical supply inventory and budget.
• Promote memberships and medical services based on client needs.
• Facilitate tele-med appointments with remote NPs for new patients.
• Document client visits via electronic medical records.
