As our Lead Registered Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience, elevating clinical standards, and supporting a team that loves what they do. 🌟 What You’ll Do — and Why You’ll Love It Deliver Outstanding Patient Care Create a warm, welcoming environment for every patient Capture crisp digital x-rays and complete clean, accurate charting Assist with a wide range of procedures (RCTs, cord packing, crown seats, denture adjustments & more) Participate in sedation care (training provided!) Provide sealants, polishing, and expanded functions based on certification Educate patients and parents with confidence and compassion Be the Leader Your Team Counts On Mentor, train, and support fellow assistants and new hires Help team members master scheduling, patient care, and clinical best practices Participate in constructive coaching conversations Lead by example with positivity, professionalism, and teamwork Keep the Office Running Smoothly Oversee back-office flow to ensure efficient, stress-free patient visits Monitor time management for the clinical team Enforce sterilization and cross-contamination standards Manage inventory and supply ordering Collaborate with the dentist and manager to refine processes and improve patient experience

Requirements

  • Texas RDA License
  • 4–5+ years of dental assisting experience
  • Experience with RCTs, cord packing, crown seating, denture adjustments
  • Strong digital x-ray & charting proficiency
  • Confidence training and guiding team members

  • Preferred certifications: sealant placement, nitrous monitoring, coronal polishing (Don’t have them yet? We’ll provide the courses!)
