Requirements
- Valid RDA License as required by the state
- Minimum 1 year lead dental assisting experience
- Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, sterilization techniques (OSHA compliance), infection control protocols, and taking dental impressions/X-rays
- Strong communication, empathy, and customer service skills are vital for comforting anxious patients and effectively coordinating with the dental team
- The ability to work precisely with instruments in a small space and follow detailed instructions is essential
