About The Position
The Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) plays a crucial role in providing one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with disabilities and special needs. This position focuses on teaching communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. The Lead RBT will implement interventions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and will work within the Compleat KiDZ Pediatric Therapy clinics.
