The Lead Registered Behavior Technician plays a dual role: delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children while also serving as the first line of support for fellow RBTs and Behavior Technicians. Grounded in the principles of ABA and a family-centered approach, this role improves the lives of children and families while strengthening the team that serves them. You will provide direct therapy and also help oversee onboarding, mentorship, training, and peer support within the department. In this role, you will have opportunities to work in: Outpatient Pediatric ABA Therapy – Provide direct and consultative ABA services tailored to each child’s goals. Community and Home Settings – Support skill generalization by delivering therapy in natural environments. Family Coaching and Collaboration – Empower families through training and education to reinforce progress at home. Interdisciplinary Team Collaboration – Partner with Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Feeding Therapists to ensure coordinated, holistic care. This position is ideal for an experienced RBT who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leadership, and is motivated to support both clients and colleagues.
