The Regional Sales Trainer (RST) plays a critical role in driving sales effectiveness across Lennox’s direct-to-dealer channel. You’ll design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for internal sales teams and dealer partners. This includes onboarding new hires and customers, reinforcing the Lennox Signature Sales Model, and collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to create impactful, insight-driven content.
