We currently have a career opportunity for a Lead RedPoint Platform Engineer to join our team. This is a hybrid role, located in Boston, MA. Job Overview: As a Lead RedPoint Platform Engineer you will provide specialized second and third-level technical support for the applications built on RedPoint platform, resolving complex incidents, managing advanced integrations, and collaborating with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure service continuity and efficiency.   • Diagnose and resolve critical incidents related to RedPoint.
  • Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns, create Real Time Layouts of webpage using Redpoint Interactions.
  • Scheduling automations between RPI and RPDM, automate repetitive tasks using scripts or monitoring tools.
  • Perform API integrations with Redpoint.
  • Analyze logs, traces, and system performance.
  • Escalate and follow up with the RedPoint vendor when necessary.
  • Document solutions, procedures, and lessons learned.
  • Support implementations, upgrades, and RedPoint migrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams for integration testing and change validation.
  • Participate in on-call or rotating 24/7 support shifts (as required)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Level 2 or Level 3 technical support role.
  • Advanced knowledge of the RedPoint platform (Data Management, Campaign, Interaction).
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data segmentation logic.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced platforms is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of AI capabilities and limitations including ethical considerations is expected.
  • Experience with monitoring tools, including Splunk and/or Dynatrace
  • Understanding of networking, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration protocols.
  • Knowledge on various AWS technologies, including EC2, and S3
  • Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
  • Solid foundation in Computer Science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms and software design.
  • Client facing or consulting experience highly preferred.
  • Skilled problem solvers with the desire and proven ability to create innovative solutions.
  • Flexible and adaptable attitude, disciplined to manage multiple responsibilities and adjust to varied environments.
  • Future technology leaders- dynamic individuals energized by fast paced personal and professional growth.
  • Phenomenal communicators who can explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike, including high level decision makers.
