About The Position
As Lead Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in strategically expanding our teams by hiring for key positions that support our business objectives. Reporting to the Director of Recruiting, you will be a vital part of our collaborative, two-person recruiting team. You will be tasked with managing the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across both technical and non-technical functions, requiring comfort and agility in context switching between diverse roles. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to scheduling and reporting.
