About The Position

We’re looking for a proven, results-oriented Recruiter who understands the urgency, grit, and strategy required to win in trades recruiting. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, where you’ll play a critical role in scaling our HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, and support teams with top-tier talent. Why Coolray? Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in skilled trades or high-volume field roles (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of licenses, certifications, and field requirements
  • Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill hard-to-fill roles
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and push for high-quality hiring decisions
  • Highly organized, competitive, and driven — you take ownership and deliver results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: From intake to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Partner with Leaders: Act as a true advisor to hiring managers on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisions
  • Proactively Source Talent: Use job boards, referrals, trade schools, social media, and direct outreach to build strong pipelines
  • Build Talent Networks: Develop relationships with HVAC techs, plumbers, electricians, and emerging trade talent before the need arises
  • Move with Urgency: Manage multiple roles while maintaining speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Own Your Metrics: Track pipeline health, hiring velocity, and conversion rates using iCIMS
