We are looking for a Lead Recruiter to own our hiring efforts from end to end, across R&D, GTM, and G&A. This role sits at the center of how we grow our company and requires strong judgment, clear communication, and a deep sense of ownership. You will be responsible for bringing exceptional people into Check, partnering closely with people leaders to define the needs on each team, clarify what great looks like in each role, and engage with top talent to fill those seats. You’ll be designing and running hiring processes that are both detailed and rigorous, as well as thoughtful and human.
