About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruiter to join our high-growth team! This role combines hands-on recruiting with data-driven team leadership in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. The ideal candidate will bring at least two years of experience managing 4+ recruiters, thrive in high-volume outbound recruiting, and be passionate about transforming mental healthcare.
