We are seeking a Lead Recruiter to join our growing GTM team! The Lead Recruiter should be comfortable using data to manage a team of recruiters, carrying a req load, and working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of people management experience, overseeing a team of four or more recruiters. The Lead Recruiter primary focus is on GTM recruiting. To deliver the best possible care to our clients, we need exceptional GTM team members to join us. This candidate will play an integral role in managing a team of GTM recruiters and sourcing new GTM talent. Charlie Health is growing quickly, so we are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a high-volume, outbound-heavy recruiting environment.
