About The Position
We’re hiring a recruiter of the future. You’ll be our Lead Recruiter, owning full-cycle hiring across teams and geographies, while designing and implementing AI-powered recruiting systems that amplify your impact and multiply your output. This is a hybrid-role based in Los Angeles, with an expectation to be in office at least one day per week for onsite interviews. You’re as comfortable closing an engineering lead as you are automating a sourcing workflow. You roll up your sleeves to fill roles, but you never stop looking for ways to rebuild, rethink, and retool recruiting for maximum efficiency and quality. This role is perfect for someone who wants to make a strategic impact without giving up the thrill of hands-on recruiting.
