DeepLearning.AI is seeking a GenAI-forward Lead Recruiter to help shape the future of AI talent acquisition. You'll partner closely with Andrew Ng to identify, engage, and hire exceptional talent, with an emphasis on technical roles. Additionally, you will work with our engineering team, which will build custom AI tools to support this work. This is not a traditional recruiting role. We're looking for someone who uses (or is excited to learn how to use) Generative AI tools to supercharge sourcing, outreach, screening, and candidate experience. You should thrive in an experimental, fast-moving environment where we iterate weekly and rapidly improve our recruiting processes. We also expect you to be hardworking, and eager to do the considerable amount of work ahead to innovate on AI-enabled recruiting.
