About The Position
As the Lead Recruiter for Engineering, you will partner with our Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Engineering Leadership Team to design and execute strategic hiring plans that build a world-class Engineering organization. You will focus on fostering a strong recruiting culture, creating scalable hiring practices by empowering leaders, and activating employees' networks. Additionally, you will grow, mentor, and lead the Engineering recruiting team. We believe that scaling Talent Acquisition effectively requires equipping everyone involved in the hiring process with the necessary skills, tools, and context to make informed decisions. Your role as a strategic leader and advisor is essential in making that a reality.
