About The Position
We're seeking a Lead Early Talent Recruiter to own and scale our university and early-career hiring efforts. In this high-impact role, you'll lead the strategy and execution for our internship and new graduate programs across both technical and non-technical roles. You'll be the connective tissue between our talent acquisition team and business leaders, ensuring early talent hiring is directly aligned with current and future organizational goals.
