About The Position

The position involves overseeing the maintenance of residential apartments and common areas, ensuring quality assurance standards, and maintaining positive relationships with community representatives. The role requires flexibility in scheduling to be available across all shifts and days, as well as the ability to train new staff and participate in an on-call schedule. The individual will also be responsible for documentation, inventory management, and creating a safe therapeutic environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Works a flexible schedule to be available across all shifts/ days
• Primary oversight of maintenance of residential apartments and common areas
• Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with representatives from the community
• Responsible for inventory and ordering of program-related supplies, donations and other goods
• Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards, licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance, and achieving program and client outcome goals
• Completes timely and accurate documentation
• Develops and maintains a safe therapeutic environment
• Trains New Staff Coming on Board
• Part of the on-call schedule
• Follow program guidelines to ensure quality assurance standards, licensing, credentialing, and regulatory compliance, to achieve program and client outcome goals
• Gather information from the clients through motivational interviewing while maintaining a positive, professional, and client-focused manner with a diverse population
• Monitor medication and maintain medication log
• Model and support clients and staff in health and wellness activities using healthy coping skills
• Supervise clients in daily activities, parenting, personal hygiene, social skills, recreational activities, and problem-solving
• Intervene directly to identify, prevent, and report crisis situations to clinical staff for de-escalation and conflict resolution
• Perform apartment inspections, periodic rounds, urinalysis testing, and searches on residents to ensure abstinence
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with representatives from the community and accept and distribute donations
• Maintain safety, security, cleanliness of the unit, vehicle, and equipment and assure proper use of supplies. Conduct fire safety drills
• Assist in front office (i.e., answering phone, front door, etc.)
• Other Duties as Assigned
